About Me
I am a certified Sports and Exercise Scientist, well trained in handling people with lifestyle diseases as well as rehabilitating those with post injury issues. With over 6 years of training/learning experience, I bring scientific knowledge and enthusiasm to classes and sessions. I want my participants to understand what they are doing and how it will benefit them.
My workouts have purpose, whether for strength, cardio, functional movement or fun; there is reason to what I am doing with you. I am passionate about health and fitness because it is life. Moving and taking care of your body affects so many other areas such as your moods, self-esteem, energy levels and sleep.
For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. For others, it is achieving a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.
