About Me

I am a certified Sports and Exercise Scientist, well trained in handling people with lifestyle diseases as well as rehabilitating those with post injury issues. With over 6 years of training/learning experience, I bring scientific knowledge and enthusiasm to classes and sessions. I want my participants to understand what they are doing and how it will benefit them.

My workouts have purpose, whether for strength, cardio, functional movement or fun; there is reason to what I am doing with you. I am passionate about health and fitness because it is life. Moving and taking care of your body affects so many other areas such as your moods, self-esteem, energy levels and sleep.

For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. For others, it is achieving a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimize the risk of future health-related issues.

My Group Training is unlike anything you’ll have experienced before. In micro training groups of just 4:1, all your workouts are customized, recorded and coached by an experienced personal trainer. The balance of the motivational group environment and 1-2-1 attention makes it the perfect mix to produce fast results, without the bounce back.

1-on-1 personal training is the ultimate investment in your health. You’ll be working directly with your coach, following a bespoke plan to ensure you hit your goals in record time. Whether you want to slim down, add muscle or anything in between, our personal training packages will get you there in a fun and sustainable way.

I will teach you how to take control of your health and weight, without relying on any specific diet or products, with our 1-2-1 nutrition coaching. You’ll be working alongside a qualified nutritionist to build a sustainable approach together, so you’ll not only hit your physique goals, but be able to stay there without rigid diets or unrealistic restrictions.

I am well trained when it comes to post injury rehabilitation. I have worked with clients with various challenges and within few weeks into the training positive results were seen.
